| Newsies: I wait for dry times and then, I put on my best and stick out my chest... | Specs crosses in front of Medda and then walks to the steps behind her to stick out his chest. |

David: go, get out of here, go! |
Specs steps in front of David (with Itey and Skittery) to help defend against Snyder. I personally enjoy how scared he looks in this scene. |
|
| All the newsies go rush to help the now caught Jack. | Specs rushes out behind Denton And David. He passes them and goes further on to try and help. |
|
| Judge Monahan: No? Good, that will move things on considerably. | Specs is behind the lamp on Monahan's desk on the left side of the group of newsies. |
|
| Denton: Look, we've got to meet at the restaurant. | He is now on the right side of the group of newsies. His hair is, let's just say, interesting. |
|
| Racetrack: Hey cowboy, nice shiner. | He's in the back a little right of center. I'm wondering what thee makeup crew tried to do to his hair for this scene or something. It's very frizzy. |
|
| Denton: I would be blackballed from every newspaper in the country. | Specs is sitting at a table in the background. |
|
| Denton: I'm a newspaper man. I need a paper to write for. This is the story I wrote about the rally. I want you to read it at least. | You can see Specs' hair and his glasses under David's chin. |
|
| David: We get Jack out of the refuge tonight. From now on we trust no one but the newsies. | He's sitting at the table behind David on his right. |
|
| Newsies: Stop the world! No more Papes! Stop the world! No more papes! | He's in the middle front of the group yelling (kinda like he's leading the charge). He stays in the middle until the last second when the carts about to run into him and then he moves off to the right. After the cart goes by he goes back and paces near the center. |
|
| Mush: Jack look at me. It's me Mush! | He's behind Snitch on the center right of the crowd. |
|
| Racetrack: Ya bum, I'll soak ya! | He's behind Kid Blink and in front of Bumlets on the left side of the screen. |
|
| Spot: Come here you dirty... | He's behind Dutchy on the very left side of the screen. |
|
| Spot: rotten scoundrel! | The director commits a continuity error where Specs is concerned in this scene. He jumps to the other side of the group when the camera angle reverses. He is now on the left of the group where two seconds ago he was on the right (as you reverse it) with Dutchy. |
|
| Weasel: Come on, you wanna talk to him? | He's now back on the left behind Kid Blink. |
|
| David is surveying the crowd trying to decide what to do after talking to Jack. | He's still behind Kid Blink. |
|
| The newsies watch Jack leave to sell his papers. | Specs starts of in the back of the crowd on the left side of the middle. He then walks to the middle right where he watches Jack from behind Mush, Kid Blink, and Snoddy. |
|
